Her funeral service will be held at Christ Church, Nailsworth on Thursday 8th June 2017 at 1.00pm, followed by refreshments in the Church Hall.  No black or dark coloured clothing at the family's request.  There will be a retiring collection in memory of Connie for the Ty Hafan Children's Hospice.  Donations may also be sent to Michael Gamble Funeral Directors, Station House, Station Road, Stroud, GL5 3AR or made online here.
There will also be a gathering to remember Connie at Chapter Arts Centre, Canton, Cardiff in the First Space on Sunday 11th June between 3pm and 6pm.  All those who remember Connie with fondness are very welcome to come and share their memories of her.
